What to do if there is a dead crab upon delivery?
- ACCEPT the delivery crabs from our friendly delivery personal
- To confirm if your crab is dead, refer to link HERE
- If there is dead crab, (i) Take a photo as per below (ii) Either Email us at email@example.com or call us immediately at +65 6100 1633
- We will respond to you and do the necessary arrangement.
