What can I do if I have a damaged/wrong/ missing item?

What to do if there is a dead crab upon delivery?

  • ACCEPT the delivery crabs from our friendly delivery personal
  • To confirm if your crab is dead, refer to link HERE
  • If there is dead crab, (i) Take a photo as per below (ii) Either Email us at  or call us immediately at +65 6100 1633
  • We will respond to you and do the necessary arrangement.
